In Raleigh, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had a great experience at Flour & Barrel. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a unique mix of industrial and cozy touches that makes the space feel both upscale and welcoming. We shared the Big Ass Meatball, the Kardashian Salad, and the Bread for the Table to start, and every dish was excellent. The pasta dishes were simple but perfectly executed and incredibly satisfying. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Definitely a spot Iβd return to, whether for a casual dinner or a special occasion. πβ¨ Highly recommend the bread for the table. Itβs one of those dishes you think will be simple and then end up talking about afterward.

Excellent unique place - itβs a restaurant, itβs got a great bar - ambience is great with music not too loud but creates a great atmosphere. Great cocktails. Food is all tapas style but an Italian influence. Non pastas are amazing. Pastas are very good but a lot of leaning on cream which, in Italy, isnβt a thing. But that doesnβt mean it isnβt delicious. Itβs also a brewery - and their beer is excellent - highly recommended

Went here for Night Of Fire, cocktails and courses included with in person fire performance around the restaurant. So different from my norm but so much needed. Starting and ending with a from- scratch cocktail course, followed by a lovely curated 4 course food menu, accompanied by live performance, fantastic atmosphere, and attentive wait staff. Tonight was a treat, and another reason to keep F&B in your mind when youβre thinking of that perfect date night. Thank yall.

Great spot for dinner. We went for our anniversary and even though it wasn't the "fancy" place I was intending on going to, it was still great. The food was amazing (I recommend planning on ordering a few dishes to share as they are small) the drinks were made well and the service was fantastic. It gets busy so make a reservation to be sure to get a seat.

Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauces tasted homemade, not overly heavy or greasy. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and they were not shy with the parmesan. That rotini with red sauce and cheese was simple but so good. And the bread? Soft on the inside with that perfect crispy crust. Add a little butter and it was game over. The vibe was cozy and relaxed with the candle on the table giving it that low key date night feel. Service was friendly and attentive without hovering.
